I have a 05 tl with 148k miles. I've owned the car for about 6 months now. When I bought the car it had a fairly bad vibration. Tires were about shot so I put on new tires. I assume they were balanced correctly, and I had a 4 wheel alignment. It helped greatly but I'm still getting a light vibration. I would say it's more of a body vibration. It's the most noticeable at 55 mph. Everything I've researched on this forum makes me think it's a bent cv shaft. I looked at it and it looks ok which I know it could still be bent. My other thoughts are wheel bearing, tie rods, ball joints? Any good way to check those? I did jack it up and try to wiggle the wheel and it seemed good and tight to me. Like I said I think it's the cv shaft, but I don't want to spend a bunch of money and that not be the issue. Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated.
