Questions about repair

Hello All,

I have been looking at a 2010 RDX AWD with 49k miles. I have been looking at the maintenance repair list that has been done on it and was wondering if they were pretty typical.

1. Multiple times the drain plug gasket has been replaced... is that a normal repair? Haven't really heard it replaced ever

2. The headlight was replaced about 2 years into ownership

Any insight would be much appreciated.
