Will i need to roll fenders with 245/35/19

Recently bought new rims and tires and the rims are 19 inch 8.5 width and a 37+ offset. I plan on lowering my 05 TL but not until next summer, will i still need to roll the rear fenders or is it alright if i leave the wheels and rims on!

Also if i do lower my car how many inches should i lower my car for an aggressive look?
