Rear Headroom

I keep seeing people saying the TLX has a little less headroom in the rear, but the numbers don't lie:

3G TL - 37.2"
4G TL - 36.7"
TLX - 36.7"

So the 3rd Gen TL had a whole half-inch more headroom, but the 4G and the TLX have identical measurements of 36.7".

So ...... less headroom than what? :D
