Is it worth it?

I've been looking for a TL type S for a LONG time.

but my budgets about 10~11k. Can't buy from owner just dealers thats the thing too.

Found a 07 TL type S for 10k out-the-door with 168k miles

is it worth it :(?? please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!1111
