Vsa modulator

Hello,

So, I have an issue with the VSA modulator on my 2001 Acura Cl-S. It is leaking, and every time I park my car overnight there is a thin puddle of break fluid on the ground.

I have found that it is specifically leaking from where the top end and bottom end meet (It's kind of in the middle of the modulator where the seam is) as well as some of the break lines that connect to it are leaking at the bolts and the top cap that says dot3/dot4.

There are no dummy lights lit up on the dash but there is a bit of softness from the brakes when braking. Also, as to be expected the brake fluid in the reservoir is slowly dropping.

What is wrong? Is it a seal that busted from not frequent enough brake fluid changes? Can I fix it? :tomato: I really don't want to shell out the money to get a new one but I will salvage one if need be. I am doing pads, rotor, and fluid flush this weekend to see if that helps?

Here's an image of it. You can kind of see the cap leak and a puddle under the unit itself.:ugh:
