suspension for acura tl 2004

hey im been searching around a lot through the forums and google and what not but can't seem to get some clear cut winners or even a list of them but basically
want to know of some suspension kits for the acura tl 2004 (3gen)

main thing i want from the kit is comfort i want a nice comfortable ride but with nice sped performance i know it hard to get both,

just want to know what you guys out of experience point towards in suspension for a nice comfortable ride with good "racing" performance

my car is 6 speed if that helps.
i have herd of the tein ss but herd it was hard on the ride

also, would like to have the ability to lower or raise the car.

any suggestions ?
