Voice read out during navigation

Hey everyone!

I just picked up a 2012 tl and when using navigation there isn't any voice read out for street names, just silence the whole ride. Anyone know how to and if this feature can be turned on? I tried going through some settings but couldn't find it myself, any help is appreciated!
