Just looking for some guidance on what should be done. Went to clean the air filter and found a tear in the rubber intake pipe after the filter.

I do have the extended warranty. Is this something that would be covered? Or should I find the part and replace myself. I have thought about going to a cai for some time.
On a side note. I have noticed some roughy idling lately. Rpms dip down to about 600 with a bit of vibration. Not the first time it has happend but did stall once a a light. Do I need to pay up for all the engine cleaning services the dealership has been asking to do since 30k miles. Currently at 61k.
