Is there a break-in period for a new TL?

Hi,

My wife and I only have about 500 miles on our new 2014 TL. We are planning to take a trip which is about a 12-hour drive (and maybe 650 miles) each way. Will it do any harm to take the new TL on this trip, or do we need to "break it in" around town for a while longer?
