buying a 05 RL 151k?

I found an 05 Acura RL great shape inside and out it appears as if its garage kept. The Manager of the dealership said the guy traded it in for another car and from his knowledge the car was well maintained. They dealer has no service records except what was done of by the dealer on the CarFax. The dealer is asking $8,995 I managed to talk him down to $8,500. He said the timing Belt/water pump was done on the car there's a sticker with the mileage. The car is really clean and has minimal wear on the steering and shifter I can tell whoever had it kept it up?
