Since I have wrapped my RDX's grille with 3M grey carbon fiber vinyl, I always find the silver colored fog lamp shells are not matching the front-end appearance of my RDX. Yesterday, I decided to put black plasti dip on the fog lamp shells.

Below are some of the photos on how I did the plasti dip:
- Clean the fog lamps and surroundings with regular cash wash soap and let dry
- Wipe the fog lamp shells with light water-alcohol solution to remove any dirt/grease
- Put masking tapes and newspaper around the fog lamps, leaving 5mm to 1cm of space around the fog lamps
- Put a small piece of masking tape on the lens of the fog lamps to ease the process of peeling/rubbing off the plasti dip after it dries
- Spray 4 times evenly on each side, giving 20 to 25 mins in between each spray
- Wait 40 mins after the last spray before removing the masking tapes and newspaper
- Remove the masking tapes and newspaper
- Peel off the plasti dip around the fog lamp shells and lens slowly and gently
- Peel off the plasti dip on the fog lamp lens slowly and gently
- Leave the plasti dip to dry completely overnight
