iJdmtoy drl stopped working properly

My ijdmtoy led drl were working well for more than a month since a few days ago they stopped working. Yesterday when my car was parking at night, i noticed a few led in the drl led tower were on while the car was off! :tomato:

The fuse on the wiring is fine. Do you guys have any clues of what that could be?
